I'm sorry you feel this way but it's not fair that you have posted this as you went against my recommendations to begin with instead of following my advice because you wanted a deal. I even gave up commission to help make your deal work but you didn't want to spend the few thousand dollars more to what the seller wanted, which in turn is what you did anyway with the listing agent. I was nothing but good to you. Again I'm sorry it didn't work out on this transaction. You even still access my MLS matrix on a weekly basis.
